Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are having chronic constipation. So before prescribing any laxative medication, organic cause has to be ruled out. For that USG abdomen scan should be done. Now as you are having blood in stool, stool routine micro examination is also needed. According to reports of stool and USG abdomen further work up can be planned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
