Suggest Medications For Constipation With Hard Stool Movement

Am having problems with bowels. Its difficult for me to have a bowel movement and if I do its thin and a little comes out. Am bloated and constipated (I think) there s times I feel like throwing up. I do feel sick to my stomach. I have been trying stool softener, laxative, and suppository but they just don t seem to help. I feel like I have problems with my GI tract. I know I have to go but its just hard to come out. Last thing I can think of is just see a doctor.

I advise you, do not panic or become over conscious, do not try any medicine without any disease indication, looking to your given symptoms it seems to be some kind of protozoa infection and it can be managed imperially with Metronidazole tablet twice in a day for five days but the most important is to change the diet, have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, avoid taking fat containing diet, heavy meal.
