Suggest Medications For Diarrhea With Painful Cramps

Good morning doc.I have been suffering from a bout of diarrhoea for the last 3 days, sometimes experiencing painful cramps. Have consumed eldoper, 2 per day , for one day before switching over to entirogermina, but there has been very little change. Pl advice the best possible action to solve the problem

eldoper just stops diarhhhoea but dont cure the cause..(dont remove infection that caused diarrhoea)
go with tab. ORNI-O thrice a day along with tab. Ecobion t.i.d,take soft diet n plenty of fluids..
