Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

First you may check your for ear infection. There is a possibility of tympanic membrane perforation or middle ear infection or eustachian tube block. Avoid water entry into the ears. Use tablet lecope-AD twice a day for five days. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
