Suggest Medications For Internal Shingles Around The Back And Ribs Region
I ve been diagnosed with internal shingles that is causing severe pain in a ring around my body from the thoracic back wrapped around to my front ribs. I don t have any blisters or rash externally but did have a bout with blisters in my eyes. I had a case of shingles on my forearm about 3 years ago after a surgery that caused nerve damage in my right arm. What can be done to treat these internal shingles? Is there some kind of medicine that would put it in check?

For pain of shingles with no rash, I would suggest Oral Gabapentin with or without Amitriptyline/Nortriptyline.
