Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My kid had taken a dose of 2.5ml yesterday once and today 2.5ml. He was fine, but today he has been vomiting everytime he eats food. Need to know what could be the reason, or should be rush to the hospital. the other mdeicne he had is Bricanyl 5ml thrice a day
What kind of medicine (2.5 ml ) has been taken is not mentioned here, if the vomiting is due to drug, then you can wait for some time but it is advisable to administered the antiemetic medicine like domperidone does need to be adjusted according to weight and age, if the vomiting is not due to medicine then other symptoms would be matter of concern, here you have given very little information, so it is difficult to say anything, in my opinion, it is better to see the doctor for better management and advise.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
