Hello,

To bring SGOT and other levels to normal you are suggested to take plant based balanced diet. Papaya and sugarcane juice are good. Avoid red meat and addictions (alcohol, etc) if any. Take liver tonics and digestives to prevent straining your weakened system. Stay away from oily, fried food. Do not take packaged food or frozen food. Take fresh food and avoid taking raw veggies or fruits.

You should stay in sunlight for 15-20 minutes and take vitamin D rich food combined with calcium and minerals. Do regular walking and exercises. Take boiled water and boiled food (for three months) to help your system heal faster. Avoid spices, cheese, refined flour, milk with fat, trans fat and hot food. Take whole cereals (oats, porridge, khichri - rice and pulse mixed in water and cooked well with a little salt and turmeric powder), custard, veggies and fruits, etc) in small amounts multiple times a day avoid strenuous work and stress. Take a break, relax and adequate sleep in a must.

After three months you can take food cooked in olive oil. You can take plant based protein. Take fiber rich whole grains, you can take small fish and small chicken (lean meat). Keep yourself well hydrated. If obese, get back to shape. Maintain healthy BMI. Get repeat Liver function test and lipid function test within 45 days of taking healthy diet (boiled food). The levels should get reduced. Some medicines also damage liver and heart due to side effects, be careful what medicines you take.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
