Suggest Medications To Treat Schizophrenia
my granddtr has been prescribed & is taking a new drug...prolixin. yes she does have schizophrenia and has been on Fazaclo (clonapin) for over ten years/but has manifested new problems and her dr has put her on this drug. She seems agitated and very uncomfortable. I wonder if I should ask him to take her off of it. she is currently taking five mg. daily. Must I pay to get an answer?she has been on it for over one week.

Can you tell me the reson what side effects she were having with Clonapin??
Present drug is not given in affective doses.
I will suggest you to go for long acting injectables like pralidronate. Such medicine is given once in three months slowly releases in body and having few side effects.
