Suggest Medicine For Abortion

my last period was 22nd bt at the month of june i missed my period bt on 27 july i saw it was blleeding jst for sec n i hav a backpain sometime and yet i have checked whether i m pregnant or not , i want to know wherther it is the sign og pregnancy or not if yes i want to abort it without an operation?

Dear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion missing the period mostly suggests pregnancy in a regularly menstruating woman.but we can only confirm it after testing for pregnancy by urine pregnancy test.this test will be positive after one week of missing the period.if the test is positive and there is spotting and back pain it means there is a possibility of abnormal pregnancy like abortion.so consult a gynae to know the cause of delay and if you are pregnant they will decide the method of termination depending on the number of weeks of pregnancy.usually early pregnancy is opted for medical termination.
