Suggest Medicine For Abortion
My wife's last period was 34 days back. She has a normal regular period i.e. after 30 days. We always used condom during sex. But during last month once the condom burst. So, she may be pregnant. First of all, she must undergo one home pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy.
After that, one Trans Vaginal ultrasound is required to know the nature of conception (tubal/ uterine) before taking abortion pill.
However, self administration of abortion pill or MTP kit is NOT recommended. She doesn't go for that.
The abortion procedure is associated with several risks and complications like nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramp, excessive vaginal bleeding, fainting etc. She can't control them by herself at home. Therefore, I suggest to consult with local GYNECOLOGIST or healthcare provider for safe termination.
This process can be done at home if you consult once with LOCAL DOCTOR as you have to go for follow up examination after 2 weeks to confirm that abortion process is completed. One pelvic ultrasound scan is required to check retained bits if any. Around 5% women needs D & C or suction (surgical method) to evacuate the uterine cavity.
