Hello welcome to HCM. I have read your question and understand your concerns. If angioplasty done 2 times and one bypass has also been done then it's wise to wait and watch and keep faith in your doctor.
My advice to you is -
1. If you still have any problems then you should go for stressechocardiography which will show if there is still any problem in blood supply of your heart or not.
2.Your doctor must have given to you medicines for heart (like antipletlets and antianginals) Ask your doctor regarding that. You should take some medicines life long to prevent further progression of disease .
3 . Regarding your question - No unfortunately there are no any medicines available that can dissolve Longterm blockages. Only option is angioplasty or bypass surgery that you have already been done. So, don't worry. Continue taking medicines, do regular walking and follow healthy diet. Thank you. Have a nice day.
