Suggest Medicine For Depression

I have severe depression and am on meds.. but every morning I wake up I have to sit up and all I can think of is blowing my head off. I don't think I would actually do it..but im so tired of thinking it..and I have come close to putting myself in the hospital mental part..but just haven't..i can even plan to go to a friends. it stresses me out to know I have to get ready..do not like for anyone to depend on me..i know this is cause of the depression..but when do I know, I better put myself into the hosp.

In that case, you need hospitalization. You have suicidal ideas and it could lead to serious harm in your case. You need antidepressant with psychotherapy in form of cognitive behavioral therapy that would help to control depressive symptoms as well as suicidal ideas.
