Suggest Medicine For Diarrhea With Stomach Pain

Hi my name is sam I m 20 year old, on Sunday I woke up sweating an chills being sick an having runny yellow water in my stool. It s now Wednesday an I m still Going to the toilet constantly all through the night with serve stomach ache. On top of all this I now have 3 piles cause pressure an bleeding. I really just don t know what to do. I ve been to my Gp done a stool sample waiting for the result I m just really worried. Anyone help me an give me reassurance

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

If you have eaten outside contaminated food then food toxin induce diarrhea can occur....

Here it could be bacteria enteritis like e.colitis or shigellosis or campylobacter etc.
Stool will show pus cells...

It could be parasitic also...
Stool will show parasite egg or trophozoites.
If positive albendazole like drug given...

Stool might show amebiasis or giardiasis for which ornidazole given....

You might needed antibiotic ornidazole and oflixacin.
Maintain hydration with lots of water.
Soft and bland diet taken...

Semisolid diet taken....

Avoid excess spicy food.

Probiotic tablet given....
