Neurologist 's  Response
Well post-traumatic epilepsy is a chronic condition, so I suggest that you should be followed by a neurologist. There are many anti-epileptics in the market, several which can be effective for your condition, but the choice on which to start must be based on the characteristics of your seizure (fits) after discussing possible side effects and contraindications. You shall also need periodic check-ups once the treatment is started, so you should be regularly followed by a physician, preferably a neurologist.
