Suggest Medicine For Head Ache

My daughter hit her head yesterday on a door frame, she is 23. The spot is slightly red, no swelling, but she has headache and is sick to stomach. She hasn t got sick just feels sick, but the headache seems to get worse with light and noise. Vision was blurring yesterday but has got better, does she just need bed rest to get over this? What is the best over the counter medicine to take for the headache?

Hi,
She needs adequate rest for now.Keep observing her for any deterioration in symptoms.NSAIDS like naproxen(250 mg) may be given on sos(at the time of headache) basis.Hope that helps.
