hi.. i feel itching around my reproductive organ.. the itchness previals in the anus too.. it last for some days in a week aft that it stops. it developes dark patches in the thigh region while scribbig. i use candederma., it it the right medicine? plz suggest

From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection on the part.
You can use Candederma cream locally.
If require go for one oral anti-fungal cream like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
