Suggest Medicine For Itchy Scrotum

hi doc, I have been experiencing itchy scrotum for almost 10 years now, I think something to do with food intake, but cannot really determine which food to avoid. tried some cream, lotion, ointment pharmacy, doctors prescribed, but still keeps coming back. not sleeping straight. im 40yrs of age now, male, 140 lbs weight,male

Itchy scrotum for 10 years is a long time to suffer.
You should have consulted the Dermatologist - the Skin Specialist for proper diagnosis.
Since you must already used many OTC cream and ointments, it is possible that the appearance has totally changed and may also cause something as Dermatitis Medicamentosa.
I would advise:
-stop all the ointments.
Keep the area dry after cleaning with plain water 4 times a day.
Avoid tight clothings
Maintain ventilation.
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally in the morning and at bedtime only.
Then consult a Dermatologist to see the exact diagnosis.
