Hi sir. This is ram from Chennai, i am masturbating for fast 5 years but now i it get itches in my testis and this side places.weather this causes many problem?. pls tell the treatment. Is there any ointment available in medical shop just mail it sir please.

Hi I am Dr Fahim and I will be looking into your health concern

     I have gone through your question. Mostly likely it is skin inflammation of the scrotum called dermatitis. In scrotum we usually come across contact dermatitis. If such a patient walk into my clinic I usually recommend to keep the area dry and clean, wear loose clothing, apply betnovate ointment (Local steroid ointment) twice or thrice daily, take tab cetirizine (antiallergic tab) 10mg once daily. Patients are better in matter of days.
