Hi my son is 14 months old weighing and he has heavy cold n dry cough. His pediatrician advised relent and bricanyl which I gave him for 7 days. Looking at his symptoms it seems that he might be suffering from upper respiratory tract infections
in my opinion you should give him a course of
penicillin group of antibiotics like amoxicillin with clavulunate under supervision of your doctor with nasal saline drops, a cough syrup and
multivitamin supplements
Give him very frequent feed and oral fluids
