my son having loose stool some times like water 2 -3 times a day for appx.20 days. it also smells very bad. he has been given DIGEPLEX ready mix and a lever tonic LIVERIL. he was also given MMEBARID syrup for infection. but for last 25 days condition remain same. please help my son is 08 yrs old
