Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks and welcome to healthcare magic.
Alteration of color may be there if the formula is changed or a different food is offered .
Sporolac one sachet daily along with Colimex DF drops 3-4 times daily will make the baby more comfortable.
Get the stool examined microscopically for any infection .
If infection is present then only the baby needs antibiotic.
Continue breast feeding as usual.
Hope this answer is OK for you. Please feel free to ask further queries if any.
