Suggest Medicine For Painful Lump Under Armpits And Elbow

I cut my grass over a week ago. Since the day after I cut the grass, I have a hard painful lump under both armpits and now a knot at my left elbow. All places are painful to touch. At first I thought it was a pulled muscle because the grass was rather high and hard to cut, but I think it should have eased up by know. This is following a mystery "pulled muscle" on my knee that lasted 3 weeks to a month and ending only a couple of weeks ago. Any suggestions??

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

This lumps can be caused by infection. Due to infection pus can appear and create an abscess. Such abscess is very painful, tissues around it are swollen and tender.
I suggest you to consult general surgeon. Lumps ultrasound should be done and if abscess diagnose will be confirmed, incisions are necessary and swab tests.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
