i am 20 yrs old now but my weight is just 36 kg. i ate a lot every time for me to gain weigh but it doesn't work. i always exercise ever morning but still I'm too skinny and underweight. i am 5'4 tall please help how can i gain weight easily. should i need o take medicines???
