HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Height is primarily determined by genetics though environmental factors (diet and activity) and the presence of chronic illnesses can sometimes play a role in final height.
During adolescence there is an area at the end of the long bones (legs, arms) that is involved in adding height and length.
At the end of the growth spurt, this area changes and no further growth is possible.
In most males,
puberty and the growth spurt are completed by age 16 to 17.
If you are past this age, then further growth is not likely to occur.
If you are younger than this then your final height is mainly influenced by hereditary factors.
In terms of weight, increasing the frequency and portion of your meals, would help with this.
In addition the use of snacks would also help with weight gain.
I hope this helps
