HIII.... i m 18,5" and weight around 40. i always remain upset because of my height.,i want to increase my height soon atleast upto 5.5''.... pls suggest any food od medicines..
It is possible that at age 18, you may not have completed adolescence though most persons reach peak height at approximately 16 yrs old.
At the end of adolescence, because of the changes that occur in the long bones, no further bone growth can occur. Final height is mainly determined by genetics and not influenced by environmental factors though using a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables may help.
There are no foods or medicine to increase your height at your age.I am sorry to be honest.Perhaps working on accepting who you are instead of trying to be someone else might be a better route to go.
