Suggest Medicine To Increase Sperm Count

Hai sir,
My name is sekhar. Recently i was diagnose the sperm count is 3mil/ml so how i want to increase these.Give me suggested medicine.
we are shows at one gynecologist she told us to go through IVF that s better way to get pregnancy , is it correct?
or through medicine will develop sperm count or better to go IVF?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have done semen analysis and reported to be Oligospermia.
Since you have not posted complete analysis report it is very difficult to make any comment regarding IVF.

Truly speaking there are no medications that can increase sperm count and sperm motility.which are important factors in conception.
