Thanks for the query.
As per the history provided, you are 25 yrs old (gender not mentioned), weigh 75kg (height and BMI not mentioned) and have a high calorie intake.
In this context, I would advise you that the best way to lose weight is to cut down your calorie intake (intake should be less than the calorie expenditure). You need to cut down the
saturated fat and refined
carbohydrate content of your diet and avoid carbonated beverages.
A drug that makes you urinate is a
diuretic, which is used in medical ailments like
heart failure,
chronic liver disease with ascites etc. They are not without side effects, the commonest being dyselectrolytemia (altered electrolyte balance). The best option is to have plenty of water/fluid intake (>2 litres/day) which will cleanse your system.
Drugs for
weight loss are not much. One of them is Orlistat (which reduces fat absorption), but is associated with oily stool and may cause a lot of embarrassment. Some of the weight reducing drugs have been banned because of their dangerous side effects, specially on cardiovascular system (for eg -
sibutramine).
Hence, I would advise you that the best way to control your weight is to reduce your calorie intake, drink plenty of water and do some exercises (even 20 min a day may be sufficient)
Hope this helps you.
