Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

If there is no infection, then wounds usually heal up in 8- 10 days. If there is no injury to the tendons, nerves etc., then you can start you activities gradually. The dictum is 'gradual return to usual activities '. For more specific questions, I would like to examine you personally.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirmal Chander Gupta, Orthopedic Surgeon
