Hi ,
As long as you are keeping good health and you have no pregnancy problems it is reasonably safe to travel by train.

But the journey is of long duration.
I would advise you to take a break in journey. Take a days rest and again travel .
Book lower berth. Dont walk around in a moving train.
Wear supporting stockings ( TED stockings) upto thigh length. Drink plenty of water/ juices.
Every 1-2 hours stretch and move limbs.
Whenever the train stops, take a walk for 5-10 minutes.
The wash rooms in train are quite narrow. Make sure that you take support of railings
when you are using them.
