I have very low blood pressure and a premature heart beat that is controlled by a beta blocker. I have had tennitius for 25 yrs. I recently when laying down, hear my pluse in my ears both sides. It seems that your lupus and RA both are inactive, so no additional treatment needed. If you are not symptomatic for low BP then, no need to worry. However you should get one cardiology consultation for same.
