My wife is pregnant now. Now 20th week completed. We are using Ensure powder(mixing 2 spoons in milk mroning and evening) and Pregnacare fore capsuls. Is it enough to take care or do we need to use any Iron capsuls. One more thing, Can we participate in sex?

Yes, you need folic acid and iron supplements which your doctor will prescribe. These are used to prevent neural tube defects in your child and I would advise you not to skip these. And of course, you may indulge in sexual inteecourse anytime to achieve conception as long as your wifes menstrual cycle is regular and you have been testwd to have healthy sperm.
