Suggest Method To Abort Fetus

hello doctor..
my name s baiju.my wife hot pregnant last month.yesterday she consulted with doctor and took ultrasound.doctor said the baby dont have heart beat and required a abortion.doctor she has a problem of polystic ovary and had medicine before.doctor which is the best way to abort.my question is by tablets or other one.if i abort now in future is ther any problem for pregnant.plz gve me a suggestion.she is on the way to hospital now..

Cesarean section doesn't cause any back ache.

Position of feeding if not proper then it cause shoulder and back pain.

While feeding sit with back support and sit straight don't bend towards baby lifts the baby towards breast.

Proper position during feeding. And after feeding little rest will help to reduce your problem.
