Suggest Method To Detect Pregnancy
Hi, My wife's last menstrual period was on Dec 26, 2010. Her cycle is irregular happens between 30 - 40 days. Now she has some symptoms like breast fullness, food carvings. We have tested on Feb 5 th using home pregnancy kit. But the result was negative. How long we should wait to confirm the pregnancy ?

However, since her periods are irregular, there can be delayed ovulation, hence a delayed conception.
I would suggest her to get a urine pregnancy test repeated after one week to confirm the diagnosis.
