OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Conception in PCO S is difficult because of decreased incidence of ovulation. Dizziness, fever, headache can be due to any other unrelated cause like any medical condition like tuberculosis, anaemia etc.I suggest you to consult a physician to get properly examined, investigated and treated.
For PCOS, the first line of management is weight loss and lifestyle changes. If you don't conceive after these measurements, then do consult an OBGYN specialist to get ovulation induction and further management accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
