Hi doctor.for how many days should i take the clomid citrate tablets.am 24years old ,been married for 7 months and am still trying to conceive.havent taken any prescription or medication before & neither visiting the doc.a freind of mine has ben in a similar situation with me and used these tablets and she is now pregnant,so am contemplating using them aswell.also help me figure out my most fertility days because i menstruate around 8th day of each month to the 11th.thank you so much

well first of all it is a bad idea to contemplate treatment for infertility with clomid without understanding your follicular developmental pattern. these are advised for women with poor follicular function .in your case you are having regular menses, so you are follicle pattern is healthy. you dont need clomid.
secondly with 30 day cycle, 13-16th day is the day of ovulation . 5 days prior to that is the safe period and best time for intercourse is day11-day24 in your case. regards
