Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If the semen analysis is showing azoospermia, then there are absolutely no chances of normal spontaneous conception. Conception can occur only by assisted reproduction, either by donor semen intrauterine insemination or ICSI ( intracytoplasmic sperm injection). You both should consult an infertility specialist to get properly examined, investigated and get appropriate treatment. Hope you found the answer helpful. Regards Dr Deepti Verma OBGYN
