Suggest Methods To Attain Fertility

hi

we married above 2 years

now we make mind to take a baby

try from 12 months

but no result

when i test my semen analysis

sperm count came zero

then second time i did semen analysis

then sperm count came zero

but we badly needed a baby

comments is azoospermia

now what will we do

please give me a valuable advice

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If the semen analysis is showing azoospermia, then there are absolutely no chances of normal spontaneous conception.
Conception can occur only by assisted reproduction, either by donor semen intrauterine insemination or ICSI ( intracytoplasmic sperm injection).
You both should consult an infertility specialist to get properly examined, investigated and get appropriate treatment.
