Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
First of all congratulationsfor your cconscious efforts to change your lifestyle in a positive way. If your blood pressure remains less than 140 /90 mmhg on multiple recordings for at least 6 months then gradually your doctor can reduce your medications. DON'T STOP DIRECTLY ANY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINES.

MY ADVICE TO YOU IS -

1. You are taking nebilong Am (nebivolol +amlodipine) so it's a combination of drugs not a single drug which has adequately controlled your blood pressure. So even if your blood pressure remains normal ideally we can reduce or omit onlyone drug from the combination and then reduce second drug. So it will take a long time at least one year to be completely on only diet and exercise.

2. Meanwhile continue daily brisk walking for 1 hour, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and take regular follow up with your doctor.

3.Also go for lipid profile, thyroid profile, kidney profile and blood sugar reports as all of them can cause rise in blood pressure.

So, I hope you have got your answer that suddenly no one can stop your medicines but if you will stick to your walking and diet gradually we can reduce and stop your medicines if everything seems fine.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
