hi my question is what can i do to make my knee cap less noticeable because i have thick thighs but skinny legs. i am constanly told that i have skinny legs because my knee cap shows and plus i am so self conscious about wearing mini shorts because of my legs.
Really hard. People just don't have the same amount of fat in the skin over the knees that they do elsewhere. Furthermore, knees get scarring, deformity, bony outgrowths that only make this look worse. Most you can do (which isn't great) is building up the muscles on the leg overall with strength exercises BUT.. women are not predisposed to be able to bulk up muscles so this might not be possible for people who aren't built with big leg muscles.
