Suggest Methods To Gain Weight

HELLO SIR i m 26 years old girl from JALANDHAR (PUNJAB), My weight is 45 kg i eat a lot but my weight is not gaining. i want to be some healthy so that i may able to look beautiful. i took ayuredic medicine before 3 months for gain weight and i also took baidhnath tonic lohasav, dex-orange- drakshasav but i could not be healthy and glowing by using all this. So kindly suggest me what should i take so that i may look glowing and some healthy.

Dear thanks for the question.

I share your concerns. If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you to go for food items (not medications) . You need to increase fat intake (milk, curd, butter, ,cheese, ghee, egg). You need to increase the intake of cereals (wheat, rice) and proteins (meat, pulses, milk products). If you have problem with eating you can increase the frequency (number of times) of food intake. Never miss any meal .

After trying this for three months,if your weight doesn't increase you need to visit a doctor and dietitian for help.
