Weight gain can be achieved by increasing calorie intake and decreasing energy output.
To increase calorie intake you would need to : (1)increasing the frequency of meals - use high calorie snacks between meals (2)increase the calorie value of your meals by adding dressings/oils/peanut butter etc (3)increase the portion sizes of your meals
You would need to consider decreasing any activity that would be associated with weight loss.
