Hello Doctor..I'm siva, my height is 180cm but my weight is 56kgs only..I don't have any medical problems..Every day i'm having gym nearly 20 min's..Daily i'm drinking 3 liters water.. I'm looking tall so i would like to improve my weight,, if u don't mine plz suggest me.Thanx
Hi,Welcome to the HCM, My opinion would be you should work out atleast for 45 minutes and after work out have protein shake.You should also eat bananas and chickoos,and 3 egg whites in break fast to increase the weight. You may ask further if you have any quiry. regards,Dr.Maheshwari
