Suggest Methods To Improve Erection During Sex

Hello, i am a 24 male, i drink lots of alcohol, smoke lots of hash, i party a lot, barely sleep, but still i wake up with a full erection, and if in bed most of the times i have hard erections for long periods, lately i am loosing erection in intercourse, i stopped hash totally and decided to only drink alcohol once a week, want to know what more can i do to quicken the good results? Thank you.
