Hi, I am 19 and thin. I lost a lot of weight in the last couple of months. From 64kg am down to 55. How can I put on more weight and look healthier and stronger? Am having ghee(clarified butter) everyday along with rice. Will that help? And also if I drink glucon D daily? Moreover does excesive masturbation lead to weight loss?
Hi, Firstly we have to find out the reason for losing weight of about 9 kg within couple of months. You require some investigations to rule out some chronic wasting diseases like tubeculosis, diabetes etc. Go for X-ray chest, Complete blood checking like TC, DC, ESR etc. Take high protein diet like Ghee, butter, puddings, cereals, pulses, dry fruits, milk, cheese, panier etc. Masturbation does not cause weight loss.
