Im 5 foot 10 inches, weigh 63kgs and I eat about 500 calories a day. I walk 6km a day, in an hour and run a bit as well. I'm desperately trying to loose more weight but Ive actually gained more. I was 61.5 about a week ago and had been for a while. I want to be under 60 and I just don't understand why nothing is happening. Please help me, should I go see my GP so I can get a more personalised and specific answer?
