Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband had a visectime before we got together. I havent been feeling good sick in the mornings, Leg Cramps, gaining Weight (even though I exersie 3 nights a wk and work a very active job) and the last couple of days my balance has been way off triping over air or steping like there was a step there and just about falling. I did take a test last month and it was neg. I just want to try to figure out whats goin on.
If your husband had a vasectomy it is very unlikely that you are pregnant. Is your period delayed? If it is delayed you could do a pregnancy test in the blood. In a very small percentage of people, vasectomy may fail and there are instances of pregnancy post vasectomy but extremely rare. Weight gain can occur if there is water retention for some reason or if the calories you consume is more than what you spend in your work and exercise. If you are losing your balance that has to be looked into. It can result from an infection of your inner ear usually viral or from more sinister problems in the brain. If it does not pass off in a few days, I feel you should see a doctor for a physical examination, followed by appropriate investigations. I am interested in your progress and you are welcome to contact me if you have queries. Dr. Noble Zachariah
