Hello,

If your husband had a vasectomy it is very unlikely that you are pregnant.
Is your period delayed? If it is delayed you could do a pregnancy test in the blood.
In a very small percentage of people, vasectomy may fail and there are instances of pregnancy post vasectomy but extremely rare.
Weight gain can occur if there is water retention for some reason or if the calories you consume is more than what you spend in your work and exercise.
If you are losing your balance that has to be looked into. It can result from an infection of your inner ear usually viral or from more sinister problems in the brain. If it does not pass off in a few days, I feel you should see a doctor for a physical examination, followed by appropriate investigations.
I am interested in your progress and you are welcome to contact me if you have queries.
