Suggest Methods To Maintain Good Metabolism In The Body
I am starting a new job where I will be working nights. 11pm-7am. What is the best way for me to keep my metabolism as high as possible, with meal times, sleep schedule, etc? I'm a 20 year old female, about 5'11" and I weigh somewhere between 190-200-ish.
Avoid heavy meals/fried and oily foods, processed foods late in the evening as they are difficult to digest. They will also slow down your metabolism if you eat heavy late at night.
Have a light snack if you want as you have to stay up all night. Since you will be working at night, try to sleep well during the day to ensure you are not tired and stressed out after night duty. Try to stay active by going for a short evening walk before dinner since you are free during that time.
Have easily digestible light snacks which are low in fat during your working hours due to late night shifts.
