Suggest Methods To Overcome Masturbation Addiction

I used to be a masturbation addict and I ve decided to stop some few weeks ago. I m just 18 and would like to know if the penile discharge and pre mature ejaculation can stop if I don t do it again for a long time...or any herbal remedies?... I need help please.

* Mastrubation is not a wrong habit
*IF you decide to stop its your choice. No problem
*Premature ejaculation have many causes.
*kindly consult your Urologist. Make ensure that your urinary tract is normal.
*have a hygenic practice
*OTHERWISE NOTHING TO WORRY
* IF no medical cause could be found out.Consult your Psychiatrist he will teach you SQUEEZE TECHNIQUE .It will improve the Pre mature ejaculation state.
