hi...im Gina from the philippines im 46 years old...my problem is im been dieting for more or less 2 months already...i eat more on vegetables and white meat only. and avoiding red meat...have my exercise 3x a weeks but my weight doesnt drop off...need your help...thanks!!!
Gina, good afternoon. You have hit a weight plateau and the best way to break it is to increase exercise (not decrease calories), make certain your carbohydrate is not too high in your diet, drink green tea to raise your metabolic rate.
