Hallow Dear,

When you have bulky uterus which is bleeding in spite of curettage, you need to undergo investigations. When you have undergone curetting, the lining of the uterus (endometrium) must have been subjected to the histopathology examination. Depending up on the reports of histopathology, the decision of uterine removal and the extent of this surgery should be decided.

Please insist that histopathology examination of your endometrium is done. You should get cancer of the endometrium diagnosed or ruled out.

I hope you get the message.
