good morning sir my age is 28 years and my wife is 24 years old . i am an army officer . i am married for 3 years. i have operated one testies when i was 8 years old . we have no kids yet .in my seman analysis test motality is less . according to doctors my wife is alright .i am taking gonadil surbux z clomid daily for 3 months . but no conception. i am not financial good in position for ivf icsi. pls suggest me what can i do?

Including your semen analysis would have been better, but if your sperm motility does not increase through a conservative/medical approach then the only other possibility would be careful selection of your sperm from a semen sample and IVF.
